Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core, ORC and Talent Management. HR Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementation projects in India. The role requires strong functional expertise in Core HR, ORC and Talent Modules, and hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, ORC and Talent modules.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management modules (Goals, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Talent Review).Configure Core HR components include workforce structures, employment models, grades, jobs, positions, legal entities, and person management.
- Configure ORC functionalities including job requisitions, candidate management, job offers, career site, approvals, and recruitment workflows.
- Support data migration (candidate, job requisition, historical data) and integrations with Core HR, Payroll, and third-party systems (e.g., background check, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and OTL teams for integration touchpoints.
- Support data migration activities (HSDL, HDL, data validation, cleansing, and loading).
- Prepare functional setups, test scripts, and training documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support cutover/go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
- Act as an SME for Core HR best practices and Oracle Cloud quarterly release impacts.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) with at least 4 full-cycle Core HR/ ORC/Talent implementations Globally.
- Strong knowledge of HCM data model, security roles, workflows, and approvals.
- Strong understanding of Recruitment lifecycle in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, ORC, Onboarding, Talent Management).
- Hands-on expertise with HSDL, HDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
- Understanding of India-specific HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Experience in Fast Formulas, Integrations, and HCM Extracts (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
